My name is Carme Farré and I am the founder of FaceToned®. I started exercising my face at 35 years of age, more than a decade ago. I always loved working out and when I discovered face exercises, it changed my life. I loved it the same way I loved Pilates. It made complete sense!

In 2011, at the age of 39, I decided to become a teacher of Facial Fitness and Pilates. I trained with leaders in these fields. I received my first degree from Alan Herdman and then with BASI (Body Arts and Science International) Pilates. I completed the BASI Master program with Rael Isacowitz, an experience to take Pilates to an athletic level. I extended these qualifications by training with Eva Fraser for Facial Fitness in 2013. In May 2021, I complimented my fitness studies with nutrition becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach level 1 with Precision Nutrition.

In 2013, I opened my own private studio, Studio Carme in London and since then, I have been teaching face exercises to hundreds of private clients. The results of the workouts have been amazing, and you can find photos of my clients here.

I want everyone to understand that exercising is the most powerful anti-ageing method possible for the body and for your face.

FaceToned® is the starting point to having young and toned skin, together with a healthy diet and lifestyle. The holy grail of beauty is youth, FaceToned® is all about helping you to develop and maintain a natural, youthful appearance regardless of your age.

FaceToned® is to help women who want to be their Timeless You. It is for those who embrace ageing and who want to be the best they can be. It is for those who take control of their identity, through their face.

This is how FaceToned® evolved. The programme needed to be fun, quick and easy to learn. It had to answer the key concerns on the neck, cheeks, eyes and forehead.

My experience has helped me to clearly understand facial anatomy, tone the facial muscles efficiently with a set of face exercises, get deep into the core and to build the structure to hold the skin in the best possible natural way.

Everyone should embrace ageing as an exciting journey, where you should continually learn, practise fsce exercises, fitness and cherish your soul. Ultimately, I aim for your wellbeing, a feeling of being content and satisfied with yourself.
